Payment / Quote structure

-Firstly, I would highly value your communication regarding your video. I would like to exceed expectations as much as possible. So, upon receiving your quote, I will reach out to further discuss details.

-After deliberation, I will provide a quote based on the complexity of the project. (More complexity = more time) Features such as subtitles, masking, color correction, etc. increase the price.

-I can do minimal editing (gaming highlights, vlogs, podcasts, etc) with simple transitions, cuts, and background music, for less than 50 bucks. But prices can vary given other conditions, such as desired upload quality, quantity of files, length, etc. This being said, PLEASE encode your own videos unless you want to pay extra! Some raw files will be extremely bloated and will take extra time for me to encode myself. (I will NOT take 4k videos if they are not encoded beforehand) - I can provide the steps for you to encode on your own (Or you can use Handbrake, it's free and safe!)

-In the terms and conditions, you will see that I retain the copyright ownership of your video until payment is complete, and if payment isn't made I will consider reporting it for copyright if uploaded online. (Just pay me bro)

-(Secure payments only)

Demo Option

-I can make a 2–3 minute demo of your video, with whatever features you would like to see in the final product, for $10. This $10 acts as a "deposit" and will be removed from the final price. This is an upfront payment only, and if you decide to pay for the full video, you will also have to pay upfront.

-After paying for a demo, you should get it back to you in 1-2 days.

-The demo will have a watermark and will only be in 720p quality for ease of sending and receiving. Upon deciding if you would like to continue with my services, I will only begin editing the full video once payment is received.

-This option does require you to send me either a chunk or the entire file you would like me to edit. You can choose which part you want to see edited.

Credit

-I will credit myself in the video and will ask for at least a small mention in the description. Furthermore, I will also credit the artists of any royalty free music used.

Schedule

-I do most my work alone and may get busy with commissions. I charge extra for priority orders.

-If you receive your video later than the window provided by the package or as part of a quote, a partial/full refund may be available.

Copright

-I can add copyrighted music to your video if you want, but you MUST be aware that platforms such as YouTube will restrict monetization of said video. I am NOT responsible for your video getting de-monetized if you ask for copyrighted music. Otherwise, I can use copyright free (and royalty free with stipulations) music if you want to maintain monetization for your video.

-As mentioned previously, I will have your video taken down from online media platforms if I do not receive payment or receive a false payment. I do retain copyright ownership of your video until a valid payment is made. If payment is somehow falsified or retracted later on, the video rights go back to me as well.

(this is included in my Terms & Conditions)

-If I accidently place media in your video that results in a claim without your permission, I can make an additional free revision to replace/remove the said media.

Royalty Free Music:

As mentioned, I can put pretty much any music in your video with your permission, but if you would like to maintain monetization while using royalty free music, here are a couple things to be aware of:

1. You must own the license for this music and send the music to me with your footage. I am unable to use my own licenses on your video.

2. If the license is free, you must provide credit to maintain rights over the music. If credit isn't given, the license is violated and can lead to demonetization (this is tricky anyways, as some "free" licenses get claimed anyways, so be aware)

3. Consider paying for royalty free libraries, such as Artlist, Epidemic Sound, etc. This way, you don't have to worry about monetization.

Personal rules

I do have a few rules regarding what I am willing to edit and create:

1. I do NOT distribute, edit, produce, or manufacture any form of NSFW content (nude, pornography, etc.) - This also includes videos of illicit drug use, gore, IRL violence, crimes, etc.

2. I do not work with AI, nor will I produce AI audio, visuals, or effects.

3. I will not edit videos with (non-satirical) defamatory or overly offensive language (anything that can violate YouTube's Creator rules will be removed).

4. I will not edit short form content for most instances, unless the shorts are to promote the video I've made you (for an extra charge).
